Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a full return, your credits package must not have been used and your order must only be the first time you purchased credits from us.

Non-returnable items:

  • Credit packages that are not your first purchase
  • Credit packages that are your first purchase but you used some of your credits in the Camerolla app

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase, along with a descriptive reason of why you ask for a refund.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are transferred to some other OnlyFans account:

  • In situation of big packages acquired and when the initial OnlyFans account was banned or deleted or closed for some reason (provided that you share with us the new OnlyFans account where you want to transfer the credits, and proof of account closure/deletion/etc)

Refunds

Once your return email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your query. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 21 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Promotion package items

Only regular priced packages can be refunded. Promotion packages cannot be refunded.
